Who we are
Join.Solutions is a software solutions provider focused on developing utilities and add-ons for existing business management solutions. Our products are aimed to enhance off-the-shelf business solutions, such as ERP, CRM, SCM, and others, by adding a range of functionality and seamless integration between different applications.
With over two decades of experience and expertise in business processes, IT, and software development, Join.Solutions serves a wide range of growing companies and organizations who want to increase their business efficiency and productivity.
What We Do
Join.Solutions provides cloud-based, ready-to-use solutions in a Service-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. This means that you don't need to invest in hardware, nor do you need to develop code. Maintenance, upgrades or modifications are not required. And, of course, you pay as you go.
Our solutions are business process-driven, rather than platform-driven. In other words, if any given business process can be better executed by using two platforms, Join.Solutions will be the ‘bridge’ between them, transforming two solutions in a single process.
Our Mission
At Join.Solutions, we’re a team that believes technology should serve people, and not the other way around. We believe in keeping it simple – really simple, because simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. We’re also big believers in cloud computing. That’s because the cloud, now a mature technology, makes everything so much easier between the customer and vendor.
When it comes to serving our customers, we feel that companies of any size and budget deserve robust and reliable software solutions at an affordable price. And lastly, we pride ourselves in listening to our customers. Feedback is an integral part of our development process. You talk, we listen. You ask, we answer.
What We Don't Do
It’s important to understand what Join.Solutions does not do. We are not a PaaS (Platform as a Service) vendor. This means that we do not promote or market development tools for our customers. Solutions like these do exist, however, they are costly and require both development and maintenance. We are not a consultancy firm, nor are we a software implementation or integration provider. In other words, we do not implement ERP, CRM or SCM solutions, nor are we a distributor of 3rd party software/platforms. And finally, we do not promote or sell licenses for any 3rd party solutions.
